The Night-Shift

I have a confession to make: my feathered and furry friends have a “slight” tendency to spill seeds from the feeders and make a general mess of the “dining hall” every day. Have you ever wondered who cleans up the mess? We have a part time janitor who works the night shift. He has a bushy tail like myself except it has rings. He is a big fan of the Lone Ranger and likes to wear his black eye mask to work. Most janitors sweep up the mess and toss it into the trash can. Our janitor is very environmentally conscience and doesn’t like to see good food go to waste. So, he eats all of the leftover seeds and scraps of suet. Occasionally, he checks the trash can for “recyclables.” Unfortunately when he is on one of his recycling crusades, he forgets he is supposed to be cleaning up things and leaves quite a mess for Mom to pickup.
